* IEP REVIEW
* PARENT COLLABORATION REPORT
* IEP MEETING ATTENDANCE
* I will attend with you to your child's IEP Meeting (either in-person or via Zoom / Google Meets)
* I will provide support & participate in meeting conversation with collaborative input to help ensure a successful team meeting.
* I will provide a 30-min Pre-Meeting Prep Call prior to your IEP meeting (either day before or same as meeting)
* I will include a Post-Meeting Follow Up Call (either day of or day after meeting)
* I will provide IEP Meeting Notes for your records (post meeting)
